Convenient Location: We’re located on 1840 North Wenatchee Avenue between Swim World and the “Red Barn.”
Same Day Service is a top priority: We know you need your car back as soon as possible, that’s why we’ve developed an organized and fluid system that allows us you to get your car back the same day it comes in. This is not just maintenance, but repairs too. Obviously, certain circumstances prohibit us from completing work on the same day. However, we work hard to keep those situations to a minimum.
Online Appointment Requests: Here on our website, we have a Request Appointment Page that allows you to send us an appointment request any time of the day or night, while we are open or closed. Once our advisors receive the request, we check availability and contact you to confirm or arrange another appointment. Using this system helps you start the ball rolling any time when it’s convenient for you.
Complimentary Shuttle Service: For local customers, we have a shuttle service that makes it super-easy on you. Just come on in for your appointment, and our shuttle driver will get you to the office or home and return to pick you up when your car is ready later. No charge to you. Now, you don’t have to arrange a ride and inconvenience someone else.
Loaner Car: We have a loaner car that is available for customers whose car needs to be here in the shop for longer periods. We only have one, so availability varies and certain restrictions apply.
Discounted Rental Cars: We have also arranged a discount with a rental car company that saves you money on a rental when your car is here in the shop. Talk to your service advisor for details.
Early bird/Night Drop Box: If you need to get your car here while we are closed, use our drop box service. Bring your car here, park it in the designated space, fill out the drop box form and put your keys in our safe key-drop.
Emergency Towing: If you find yourself with a breakdown, call our offices for possibly complimentary towing. If we’re closed, press ‘0’ to be directed to our dedicated towing company. For many situations, we will pay for your towing.
Many While-You-Wait Services: For certain maintenance service appointments, we have a technician service your car right away while you wait in our waiting room. This can make getting your maintenance much quicker and far more convenient than other times.
The Best Waiting Room Around: Our waiting room is clean, comfortable and big. We have a lot of amenities to help out while you are here waiting for your car.

If you own a BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi, VW or Volvo, you’ll love our shop. We have the experience, the tools, the manufacturer resources and the know-how to service these brands expertly.
